Supposed to get £5 off first purchase. That never happened.

My phone number was valid, but the app didnt accept it

This app does not recognize if the gratuity has already been included in the bill. I paid for a large group yesterday and the tip was included in the bill yet the app prompted me to tip 20% on top of that. Unfortunately I went ahead and did it and was unable to correct my mistake. I emailed customer service and have still not heard back.

Added a calendar event with alert to my phone automatically to remind me to claim a "voucher/coupon" for Spur

Great idea but crappy system. Couldnt connect to zappers servers. A big waste of time.

Went to one of the restaurants listed on the app, only to find that they do not use Zapper. Please update your system and list the restaurants that actually have Zapper available as a payment option

Said my card was declined though the card machine had no issue with it. User interface so badly designed and ugly it defies comprehension.

Did not scan at Rocomamas, Belair Centre. Had to pay through the machine!

Absolutely useless app. Never works.

I tried to use it in the restaurant "burger & lobster" as there would be £5 discount when I pay using the app but it didnt work... :(

First time Ive used this app. Everything has gone fine and weve received a 5£ discount on our bill. To be honest weve spent that money for the service...otherwise Ive found this app usefull

Works well with total fuel station especially when swopping cars and forget to take credit card with me

Ok I tried this app on 1DDay and could not get it to work to save my life... I got the this is us movie today and it comes with a code thing and I tried a bout a billion times it wont work its not worth the download

After it scans a code, it doesnt do anything. Just shows it just shows a number or URL but no options on what to do with that code. Most scanners immediately launch a website or search google but not this one.

I have a Phineas and Ferb T-shirt and it says I can scan it and watch it come to life. It wont work. Please fix.

Thanks Zapper, thanks for nothing. You gave us a R50 voucher but we couldnt use it because when we verified our card your system did not send us a verification pin via SMS after multiple attempts.

Card set up was a snap, but terms of service were a little intimidating. Something about lost devices and emails? No, password protect my data by default! Payment was very easy, predefined tip calculation was very helpful. Overall good experience.
