The scanner feature doesnt work at all. It wouldnt scan my check or my credit card. This app is completely useless!

This application is stupid and entirely useless. It didnt scan the barcode and ultimately was just a waste of my time. Dont bother.

Super easy to use and it makes closing out at a restaurant so much faster! I didnt have to wait for the waiter to grab my card and run it. Plus, I got $7 off my meal!

Zapper saves my valuable time by allowing me to pay at the table with my phone as soon as the bill arrives. I feel more secure since I dont have to hand my credit card over to anyone. It doesnt hurt that you get $7 just for trying it out the first time!

After using the app, I decided that I wanted to delete my account. It turns out that you cant delete your account. This is a one way door people! The only way to contact them is to email, and then they dont even respond. Its been a week with zero response. Ill update when resolved.

So easy. Snap receipt qr code with phone...add tip and confirm payment, youre out the door. No more waiting for wait staff to return with your card (no telling what theyre doing with it). Great app, must have.

This app will get 5 stars when fingerprint authentication is developed for making payments

I decided to try this at a restaurant. Set up went fairly quick, with little hassle. I think there was an option to take a pic of the credit card, but that didnt work, but entering the numbers didnt take long. What i didnt like was that it took awhile for the transaction to come thru at the restaurants end. The waitress had to get a screen capture of my transaction and show her manager. The whole process was a pain and took longer than it would have using s credit card. I tried again at another restaurant, and app said it was paid so we started to leave (after waiting a few minutes for people to finish up). This time the waitress had to chase us down and I gave her my phone do she could make sure the transaction went thru. She came back after a few minutes, so not that big of a deal, however I dont think Ill use again. PROS - fairly easy to sign up - no need to take a credit card, just bring your phone CONS - takes to long for the restaurant to see the transaction, so you have to wait - you dont know when they have "seen" that you paid, so you dont know when you can leave

No need for this app to require location services all the time. Give me the option to only use location services in the app.

I used this app to close my tab at a restaurant last weekend in Denver. It was convenient and easy to use, and I got $7 off the tab by using the app. The app has a map to find other locations nearby using Zapper. One of the locations near my work already sent me a 10% off promotion if I use the app any day next week during lunch at their restaurant. I will definitely continue using this app.

So easy set up and easy to use as others have said. My only issue is Id like to have option to only share my location when using the app. Right now, its all or nothing and dont see why I shouldnt be able to simply open app and then see things nearby.

Company doesnt seem to know what they are doing or be able to get things right.

Quick payment process with food discounts offered to users.

It used to be good, after update it keeps asking for the verification code which it was never send to my phone. Very annoying.

Twice the QR code wouldnt scan. Tried for several minutes.

The app works very well and I would love to use it more as its very convenient, but they dont accept American Express credit cards, so cant use it.

The app itself works great. Scans the code, automatically adds the tip, sends payment in quickly. Very easy and convenient to use. I took a star off because twice now Ive gotten emails from zapper offering coupons that ended up not working when I tried to use them. If youre going to send an email saying $5 off at any zapper restaurant, its disappointing to not have the coupon you were promised when you go out that night.

I use the app all the time and it works with all of my credit cards including my work AMEX. Its fast, easy to use, and I receive discounts at restaurants I love.

Very inconstant, you need to fix the processing issues. I think its a great service and you guys did great working rolling this out to the various vendors. Dont let it fail due to integration issues.
